THE COMPANY

Ardent Search is an affiliate of The Dingman Company, Inc. (www.Dingman.com) and we share experience, expertise, standards and values, staff and database.  The Dingman Company focuses on senior level management positions (presidents and those reporting directly to the president) and Ardent Search primarily serves the second and third level leadership positions for churches, missions and service organizations, education, and occasionally for the for-profit (business world) sector. Since its founding in 1979, the Dingman Company, Inc has conducted hundreds of executive search engagements in the U.S. and around the world with an outstanding success rate; helping a diversity of organizations and corporations to make wise decisions in their leadership selection. Ardent Search Company was established in 2007 to assist in a faster and less expensive manner while maintaining the commitment to excellence and integrity standards of The Dingman Company.

Ardent strives to forge and maintain a solid bond of trust with all of its clients and candidates. Accordingly, the client, candidate and references’ interests are top priority. Prior to starting Ardent Search in 2007, Tim joined The Dingman Company in 2004 where he has been leading the research and reference checking functions plus involved in the candidate development and client relationships.  Before being in the executive recruiting arena, Tim led his own consulting practice for three years, specializing in re-organization and systems/structure improvement. Previously, for eighteen years, Tim held leadership positions in operations, strategy, marketing, and development in Fortune 100 companies as well as municipal, educational, and faith-based organizations. Tim’s commitment to integrity, definitive understanding of leadership and transition, along with his highly relational style are strong assets in assisting clients in their change process. Tim and his wife, Beth, live in the Southern California area with their four school age children.

Bruce Dingman
President, The Dingman Company/ Ardent Search Co-Founder

Bruce is primarily “of counsel” in the operations of Ardent Search, while is still fully engaged in The Dingman Company. Prior to joining The Dingman Company in 1986, Bruce spent almost 20 years in the hotel, food service, and food distribution industries. He managed business units for Sheraton, Holiday Inns, Scottsdale Memorial Hospital, and Associated Grocers. Bruce also served in the United States Military.

Since joining The Dingman Company, Bruce has handled a wide variety of executive search assignments and considers himself a "generalist" working in many industries. Bruce has worked with clubs, financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, travel and aviation, with a third of his assignments in hospitality and a third for non-profit organizations including Christian organizations and universities. The latter is his way of giving back to the things he believes in. In 1993, Bruce became President of the company.  Bruce and his wife, Janet, live in Southern California and are the proud parents of three adult children and two incredible grandsons.
